The Scotia® Production Bidding Tool is our official web-based platform for sourcing pre- and post-production projects (e.g. TV, Radio, Print and Digital) and replaces former manual methods of bidding suppliers via email and phone calls.
The platform is user-friendly and offers the following benefits:
- Submit creative briefs into a secure online tool to start a project.
- Select bidders from an approved list of Scotiabank® preferred suppliers.
- Receive supplier bids in a single platform with dashboard viewing for easy comparisons and review of bid information.
- Negotiate and award projects within the platform.
- Save and archive production projects within the platform for historical records; includes aggregated production analytics reporting.
Setting up an account is easy. Follow the steps below:
Email scotia@postadsgroup.com. Include your Name, Company, Email, Phone Number and Job Title.
Once approved by Scotiabank®, a live online tutorial of our bidding platform will be scheduled by our global production consultant, PostAds Group.
Following the tutorial, you will receive an email containing your User ID, Password and User Guide.
